The dress is made of a navy blue wool jersey material with a charmeuse trim. The deep V-neckline plunges to waistline that releases into a cascade of pleats and falls to a sweet 36". The sleeves are the most charming part of the dress, slightly puffed, gathered, and ending in a tiny ruffle.
