What's your best secret for thick, shiny hair?

The Stylelist post about hair myths and truths got us thinking about our favorite hair gear. Their expert sort of, um, debunked volumizing shampoos, but we love thickening products. In fact, three of our top five faves are thickening related!
They also said that a blow out is vital for high volume, and this combined dryer/round brush is another big favorite.
