Ve'cel Clothing was founded by Chester Bennington of the band Linkin Park to "promote individuality and uniqueness through different forms of fashion." You know, t-shirts (and one sweet hoodie).

Once the territory of only the most hardcore punks, black nails became very mainstream for a few years. The trend is now receding, but you'll continue to see it on skater chicks like Avril Lavigne. If you love the classic, serious look, then black is your color of choice, skip the glitter and funny tips. You can find black nail polish almost anywhere these days, but for on-the-run rockers the Sally Hansen quick dry nail pen in black is convenient and inexpensive. Perfect for the low tech punk aesthetic.

We. Could. Just. Die. A freaking Jonas Brothers clothing line? Did we say OMG yet?

Okay, so maybe we're spreading it a bit thick. As far as teenage idols go they seem like a better option than most, and they do have a safe sense of style which we're sure parents appreciate. One thing is for sure, it could be worse.

Does this mean that Libby Lu will have to add a boy's section?

SlickSugar began as a way for two friends, both of them mothers, to find an outlet where they could express their creative sides and include their children in the process.

They decided on a clothing line with the goal of creating "items that will inspire children to pick up an instrument, sing in the car or dance down the stairs." Needless to say, music is the common thread between the designs.

Do you love the 80's? Perhaps you have a fondness for the big hair and power ballads of your youth or just an appreciation for those that came before you. Holy crap, everyone here was alive in the 80's, right?

I've been a fan of the cocktail ring for some time now, but Vogue's Style.com has introduced a new twist on the standard sparkly bauble. Instead of sporting a ring with the same old bling, consider something slightly understated and more natural. Gemstones like amethysts take on a whole new look when left in a raw state.

However, the raw, natural state isn't for everyone -- some of us prefer a ring with enough sparkle to be seen from miles away. I mean, what easier way is there to dress up a casual sweater and jeans than to slide some (fake) ice on the right hand and head out for dinner? Also, if you like to talk half as much as I do, it's always helpful to have something to assist you in making a point, and if you incorporate hand gestures into your pontification, this is practically like wearing a microphone.

The boys of the band Interpol have always been some of the most stylish men of the music industry. They always sport nice ties and sweet three-piece suits, looking as refined as their music sounds. The sharpest of the bunch has got to be bassist Carlos D, who has become known for his slick black hair and overall goth chic look. However, lately he's let his hair go more natural and has even sprouted a mustache. In a recent interview, Carlos talked about how he doesn't feel as motivated to dress up anymore. In a way, that's kind of admirable because he's still managed to look pretty nice. I must admit, though, I prefer his long hair and black suits to his funny mustache and bolo ties.

For the über-trendy teenagers reading this, who actually enjoy looking like sci-fi-influenced candy ravers circa 1993, sorry -- but I hate your clothes. Fortunately, it seems I'm not the only one that isn't excited about the "nu-rave" trend that designers, and a few fashion bloggers seem to think will be all the rage in 2007. And, as noted by the Guardian's Hadley Freeman, while major designers may be temporarily caving to this desperate attempt "to find a youth trend to fill the vacuum left by the inevitable self-destruction of the Libertines," their Paris and Milan shows were otherwise successful.

By refining British punk and mod styles, the designer captures both the chaos and the masculinity that seem to be central in our current return to rock (or grunge, or whatever). Clothes like this (or even the Burberry outfit pictured at right) dress up for a trendy day at the office, or down for a night out at your favorite rock club -- where, with any luck, you'll be listening to your city's latest, greatest, 70s-inspired grunge/rock/punk outfit. Classic.
