Dress of the Day: Parameter Striped Sweater Dress

Normally, I am not hot about the color "mauve," mostly because the dusty rose color makes me think of grandmothers. However, in this striped sweater dress by Parameter, the mauve seems more like a rosy beige. The sweater is an acrylic, nylon, and wool blend with a chiffon collar and cuffs. From the natural waistline, the dress falls a sassy 21 inches to the mid-thigh. The best part of the dress, though, is the tuxedo-like front, which buttons up oh-so modestly, and is yet quite sexy because it's sheer.The dress is on sale at Bluefly for $156 -- quite a steal for what has a retail value of $260!
