Rich & Infamous: Snoop Dogg launches a celebrity clothing line
Filed under: Celebrities with Style
Joining the ever growing list of celebrities cashing in on their name recognition, Snoop Dogg -- a celebrity with one of the coolest names ever -- has teamed up with superstar CEO Robert Thorne to sling his own celebrity endorsed streetwear called "Rich and Infamous". According to Thorne (the guy behind the Olsens' clothing empire), the line is inspired by Snoop's "trend-savvy classic vision," but here's how Snoop explains the concept:"It's a fraternity of sorts, from presidents to gangsters-who've been able to endure the burden of gaining wealth at any cost. Garnering equal parts admiration and disdain, these men savor the fruits and relish the spotlight."
The website is up, and so far -- we're kinda underwhelmed. The styles don't exactly scream "rich" or "infamous" to us. It's mostly just t-shirts -- and really overpriced ones at that. At least Snoop's totally candid about the fact that he's in it for the money. In a way, it's kind of refreshing -- though we seriously doubt that slapping his name on a clothing line will be the hardest buck he's ever made.

That is until the fateful day we spotted a handful of starlets like Ashley Olsen, Nicole Richie, Sienna Miller, and Rachel Bilson supporting a milkmaid braid. Gloooorious.
Alright, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, we get it -- you want to get your tiny little hands in everything. Clothing, make-up, and now jewelry -- before you know it, we're going to be eating itty-bitty Olsen frozen dinners and washing them down with their own brand of vodka.
The shiny perfection of a professional blowout is dreamy. We figure that's the best part about being a celeb, having a stylist to do your hair and make up before every appearance. The mystery is why, in the name of
This has got to be one of the juiciest pieces of gossip we've ever heard -- and no, it's not about someone getting pregnant by her best friends husband, or another starlet on her way to rehab. This is about a common barista at Starbucks trying to do something for the greater good.
Today's poll over at sister site
Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen have achieved moderate success with their first fashion line, The Row. We suppose they figured, "Hey, we did OK with that, let's try another one." So they began a second line, this one called Elizabeth & James, after their siblings.

Half of the world's most famous pair of fashion twins has been spotted with Lance Armstrong lately. Gossip columnists seem convinced that it's Ashley, but I still can't tell those Olsen sisters apart -- so who knows which twin has actually been
Leggings are here to stay for the time being. Like any other style that has a shelf life of more than a year, it must evolve. The evolutionary chain for leggings is pretty short because they will always just be a really tight bottom. The only factors you can really change are their fabrication and the length. This fall leggings have done just that.
