Lately we've been hearing about "commitment" or "promise" rings for people who want an indication of how serious their relationship is, but don't want to go all diamonds and white taffeta.

This post at Refinery29 is a good example of how people are looking for more creative styles. We've always loved those Zoe Chicco stackable rings, and this pink tourmaline ring by Rajiv Arora would make us say yes in a heartbeat.

Angelina's nutty Gara Danielle snake ring jumps to mind. Even if she doesn't wear it as a commitment ring, she should. Although, knowing Pitt and Jolie, they'll more likely to get rings tattoo'd on like Beyonce and Jay-Z.

Angelina Jolie has been making headlines all week. Of course, she is a walking headline every week, and whenever she and Mr. Brad Pitt show themselves the crowds go wild. We feel their pain.

When not comparing baby bumps with costar Jack Black (key player in Twin-Gate), who is also expecting (well, his wife is), she is making the rounds at Cannes to promote their new animated film Kung Fu Panda. Oh, and she is having some fun with the media. Why not?

Angelina is a sucker for tattoos. Apparently, she's got at least 13 known tatts -- not including the couple that she's had removed -- like the "Billy Bob" tattoo on her left shoulder. If any of you have been stumped by the weird mess of letters and numbers occupying the real estate that used to belong to Thornton, they're not hieroglyphics. They're actually a little nerdier/cooler than that.

According to the Sydney Morning Herald, they're the map coordinates of where each of her four children were born -- you know latitude, longitude, minutes, all that junk. Apparently, geotagging geeks the world over are all excited about Jolie inking 2 more coordinates on her shoulder so they can look them up on Google Earth.

Ever important fashion industry reference TV Guide has named it's top 10 best dressed couples. Some of the choices seemed a little off, but the list was based only on red carpet appearances. Keep reading to find out which of your faves made the cut and who didn't.

No more speculation, I think it's safe to say that Angelina Jolie is pregnant. Either that, or she has a severely swollen belly button. Brangelina debuted the bump at the Independent Spirit Awards this past weekend.

Since we've been talking gown and tux red carpet fashion non-stop since the Oscar's last night, I figured we might as well revisit some of the more casual styles that showed up at the Independent Spirit Awards.

Let's just say that Ellen Page should be glad Angelina decided to show off the spermination because it took attention off the fact that Ellen herself wore a suit and a skinny tie. The blogs have been ragging on her to stop dressing like a teenage girl, so she did. Now she's dressing like a teenage boy.

French actress Emmanuelle Seigner's outfit was nothing more than pure insanity. First of all, if it's cold enough for a long sleeved jacket and a ridiculously long scarf, it's probably not warm enough for bare legs. Second of all, why go with metallic gold shoes and then a metallic silver purse? You don't have to matchy match, but some color coordination is always good. And thirdly, why go with those particular metallic gold shoes at all? Ankle-booty gold slippers are not your friend.

Also, Zach Braff, what's up with the racing stripe down the side of your wrinkly gray suit? And why the homeless man hair? Does Scrubs really have to end? So many unanswered questions...

But, I'm full of more than just haterade today. I have nothing but love for Keri Russell's baby blue dress with a cute big belt. Sienna Miller looked pretty as well, if not a little bit overdressed for the occasion. And Jada Pinkett Smith was lovely in her white dress even though she had me wondering if it was a tid bit nippy out.

The gloves are officially off. Now that he's kind of the king of pop, Justin Timberlake is tired of playing second (or third) fiddle to the perennial "Hottest Man in the World" front runners, George Clooney and Brad Pitt.

So what sparked this oddly catty little spat between the world's most attractive guys? Timberlake was recently crowned King of Sex by Rolling Stone magazine, and in a subsequent interview with Barbara Walters, said: "Brad, George, you guys may be on the most beautiful whatever but uh...eat your heart out boys."


Sure, Justin is a stylish guy -- in fact, now that he's dressing his age, I'd go so far as to call him one of the most fashionable men in the public eye. But better looking than Brad Pitt and George Clooney? Them's fightin' words, Justin.

It's a common nightmare for us little people, but it turns out this fashion disaster also plagues the designer-clad celebrities prancing down the red carpet.

The most recent victim is Angelina Jolie, who had an unfortunate wardrobe malfunction while attending the premiere of her new movie, Beowulf. She arrived in a pair of tight black leather pants, which promptly ripped upon arrival, exposing whatever Angie was (or wasn't) wearing underneath.

Fortunately, before things got out of hand, husband Brad Pitt came to the rescue -- strategically positioning his hand on the actress' derriere, and covering up the hole.

Good thing Angelina wasn't flying solo that night -- the fans who came to cheer on their favorite celebrity might've seen more than they bargained for!

Whenever anyone compliments something I bought at a thrift store, I always immediately tell them the price. "Nice boots," they say. "Thanks," I reply. "They were $13. I am awesome." Somehow, it makes it the article of clothing even cooler 'cause it didn't cost an arm and a leg.

But the absurdly rich international super-star, Angelina Jolie, may have just put my thrifting to shame. While other guests at the New York premiere of her new movie, A Mighty Heart, strolled down the red carpet in thousand-dollar designer gowns, she managed to look stunning in a dress she found a vintage store -- for $26.

Granted, she was shopping at Wasteland on Melrose Ave in LA -- where the selection, I imagine, is slightly more upscale than your local Goodwill. That said, $26. I can't even find a pair of pants that cheap, let alone anything I could wear to ritzy celebrity event.

Well done, Angelina. From one thrift store junkie to another, I salute you.

I've got a question for you: if you were a famous Hollywood star with endless resources, how would you decorate your home?

Would you deck it out in sleek Scandinavian furniture? Would you find some animal heads and go for the hunting lodge look? Or would do what I would do: wallpaper with money and buy that stolen gold bathtub off the black market?

Naturally, Angelina Jolie isn't doing any such thing. In an interview with the British newspaper The Daily Mail, Jolie said that she planned to decorative her children's bedrooms according to their country of origin, a design scheme that suggests Maddox will get a Cambodian village, Zahara will get desert paintings and Pax will get a jungle room.

And what about their love-child Shiloh's bedroom? Fear not, readers, Angelina has already thought about that one , and Shiloh will get a room decorated with Namibian villages!

Namibia? Now let me get this straight -- because Angelina and Brad set-up shop for a month in a developing nation to drop a shorty with imported American doctors that somehow makes their baby Namibian?

Okay, well, if that's the case, then I'm sure the nation of Namibia looks forward to getting a piece of its famous "citizen's" income once Shiloh finally gets around to cashing in on her last name.
