#1. Simple cut, funky embellishments

This dress would be beautiful even without the fringe at the waist, but it wouldn't be as interesting. We love the notched neckline and exquisite waist. Although, it looks like it could have been altered just a bit to fit more seamlessly. The waistline is something you can easily achieve with a dress you have at home, just by adding a unique belt.
