Tylenol or other over-the-counter pain relievers -- Make sure to keep a check on the expiration date of any pills you keep stowed away for emergencies. We recently forgot this one ourselves and were shocked (and slightly disturbed) to find that our individual Excedrin Migraine packet had expired in December of 2006. Yeah.
