Do celebrate with a fun green cocktail (if you want to)

Often, bars will offer up tasty treats that normally go unserved (sometimes for good reason). If you want to try an appletini, go ahead, but don't feel obligated. It might be a drinking holiday, but you can celebrate with a Diet Coke and a wedge of lime just the same.
