No we don't mean Jay-Z's record label or the Republic of China. We mean ROC skincare. As the website clearly states it has been "the skin care leader in France since 1957," and we believe it. Though many products come and go from our insanely full medicine cabinet, ROC has been a staple. Just stopping usage for a few weeks in between purchases we saw the difference and it wasn't pretty. Now we stockpile ROC and *fingers crossed* will look as good as those zexy French ladies do.

Now that he's getting older, Pharrell Williams no longer thinks his tattoos look good on him, and so he will be undergoing a revolutionary process to cover them up ... with his own skin. It's basically like a skin graft, the 35-year-old singer told Vogue, only "you're not taking skin from your ass or your legs. These guys actually grow the skin for you."

Although for the most part, Styledash endorses shaving with a straight razor -- because it's better for you skin and way more badass -- we're always interested to see who peddling throw-away razors for Gillette. We're even more intrigued when the new spokesman takes a razor to his face and shaves in front of a crowded press conference. There's no way that there are actually real blades in that thing, right?

 This afternoon, Gillette announced that Derek Jeter is going to join Tiger Woods, Thierry Henry, and Roger Federer as a spokesman in its Phenom campaign for the battery-powered Fusion razor. We guess the Yankee shortstop is an OK pick, but we're not sure he's on the level of a Tiger Woods. Of course, it doesn't hurt that he's decent-looking, dated Scarlett Johnasson, and -- unlike Henry -- Americans know who he is.

This week, a study was released that says 17% of Americans will get some kind of cosmetic surgery in 2015. That means almost 1 out of every 5 people in the nation will go under the knife that year in order to "fix" some kind of perceived flaw -- and that number includes children. Of course, a vast majority of these people will be adults, and some will have a lot of work done. Still, that's a lot of people putting their health at risk to do an elective surgery.

Part of the reason that people are flocking to surgery is that it's perceived as totally safe. Plus, the number and types of procedures are always growing. Right now, one of the hottest procedures is breast reduction surgery for men. Sure, everybody has times that they wish they could make a change in their appearance, but there are definitely risks involved with all surgeries.

Grace Macnow, the owner of Graceful Services, says that an 80 minute breast massage will perk your girls right up -- good as new. According to her: "it even makes the nipples turn up again."

What does this miraculous procedure consist of? In a nutshell: a heavy-duty rubdown of your pectoralis major and pectoralis minor, the draining of excess lymph fluid (we have no idea how that is done), and then your masseuse will apply a cream and a mask. Sounds fun, right? Dr. Stephen Colen of Hackensack University Medical Center says the results are only temporary and are due to the moisturizers they use -- but it doesn't involve surgery, botox, or any of that junk. And hey -- it's only $100 -- maybe it's not that creepy.

We have never been so smitten with a product before than Ojon's Restorative Treatment. We love, love, love this product. We've tried countless hair treatments and have raided the local Sephora far too many times but this... this stuff is the real deal.

We first heard about Ojon when our silly obsession with Gisele Bunchen's long mane brought us to the word. "Gisele uses Ojon. Must learn more." San Francisco summers are freezing cold. We usually spend June and July so bundled up that the sun doesn't have a chance to burn any body parts. We must admit: sunscreen is often an afterthought.

Last week we sat through a two hour graduation ceremony in Boston during a heatwave and received a fierce reminder of it's importance: glowing, red, sunburned arms.

The last time we removed the polish from our toenails and didn't have time to repaint them, we were horribly embarrassed. We've known girls who had a natural talent for painting their nails. They could do left and right hands and feet with equal ease -- a French manicure was no challenge for them. And they never ended up with nail polish all over their digits.
