The fashion industry has suffered another great loss. While he may not be a household name to the average woman, those of you who follow clothes know that Percy Irausquin was one to watch. Sadly, the Aruban designer, based out of Amsterdam is dead at just 39 years old.

He died in an accident and very few details are known, but several Dutch media outlets have reported that Percy slipped and fell while in the shower.

Vogue called him an up and coming talent who would soon make his mark on the fashion world. He was known for using intricate fabrics and unique cuts. Watch the video to see the charismatic designer presenting during Amsterdam Fashion Week last year.
