Whit Honea is a slacker, a borderline degenerate, and a daydream believer. He's also our resident expert on casual chic. If it's comfortable, and not heinous, he's all over it. He's quite charming, really.Destee-Nation Shirt Co. collects and sells authentic, vintage t-shirts from "cultural icons and independent businesses along the West Coast and Hawaii."
Destee-Nation combines a love of t-shirts with an appreciation of the local business. They have a lot of fun doing it, too:
Seeking to attract kindred spirits, Destee-Nation's Expedition is on a perpetual road-trip seeking awesome, vintage t-shirts from the coolest locally-owned and operated businesses. With our trusty Nikons in hand, we capture images from these places to accompany the written story that is displayed with each t-shirt we sell.
Not only does each t-shirt come with a story and photos about the business it represents, but Destee-Nation also shares their profits with their member businesses.
You can find coffeehouses and microbrews, cafes and taverns, all on shirts we'd like to wear from businesses that we'd like to visit- especially the taverns.
