Am I the only person who thinks the midsection looks like the trim from the curtains in your grandma's house? While I wouldn't wear the color I think she pulls it off, but the embellishments just aren't working for me - not only are they old-lady home decor, I think they make her hips look awkward and square. In my opinion it would have looked better as just a simple, fitted dress.
