There are certain shows that make us wish their costume designers dressed us every day. And then, of course, within each one of those shows are the specific characters that are able to effortlessly start trends that the rest of the world will be scrambling to follow -- think Jennifer Aniston in Friend's haircut or how Sarah Jessica Parker in Sex and the City made the Manolo Blahnik a household name. Neither of those ladies made the list, since they're no longer on air, but keep reading to find out who did!
