Red Hot Ruby ethically produced t-shirts

Red Hot Ruby
is a UK based store that offers ethically produced t-shirts for men and women. They encapsulate the "kitsch appeal good old British seaside with a little bit of 1950s Americana thrown in for good measure."

We had never heard of a line that describes itself in that way, so we thought we'd check it out -- and we're glad we did! The t-shirts and accessories are fun and funky. And best of all, they're kind to the environment!

A quick glimpse at Red Hot Ruby's website and you'll see that they mean business when they say they're all about ethically produced fashion.

In fact, Ruby gets so desperate when she sees people who don't recycle, that she has a special wish for them, "Ruby hopes these people will go to a landfill hell when they die, where everything is slowly rotting around them, including bits of themselves. It will serve them right."

We agree Ruby, we totally agree.

The companies that manufacture the garments are part of Fair Trade organizations, everything is produced locally so as to reduce environmental impact. Plus, they mail your order in recyclable bags. Talk about walking the walk!
