Eyeshadow stickers for the very lazy

They are billing these stickers as something useful for those of us who may not be very skilled with an eyeshadow brush, but let's be real about ColorOn's eyeshadow stickers here. Are there people out there who are that incapable of sweeping eyeshadow over their eyelids? Hey, we know we aren't all born with the skills and talent of professional makeup artists, but we're pretty sure that we can, at the very least, dust some neutral color over our entire eyelid. We will assume then, that these stickers are really just meant for women who are just too lazy to do the work themselves.

Don't be so smug about being able to do the task of applying eye shadow. I have a few friends and acquaintances who would love to do something so simple. Two of them have multiple sclerosis, and the others have other neurological problems.

ALICE YOU ARE VERY RIGHT . I ALSO HAVE MS AND DO NOT HAVE A STEADY HAND ANY LONGER.I HOPE THESE PEOPLE THAT ARE SO SURE THAT EVERYONE IS CAPABLE TO DO AN EASY TASK LIKE THIS NEVER HAVE TO ENDURE WHAT PEOPLE WITH MS HAVE TO.

Oh please don't turn this into a political battle about eyeshadow. It's just make-up, for God's sake. It's sad that you and Alice's friends have these conditions, but please. It's just a silly yet informative article about a new product, not a purposeful insult to the MS community.

Finally someone who sees the world as a whole instead of those selfish people out there the feel they are better and shame for someone not being able to do something so simple. Elena: Read the posts regarding women with MS. Try putting on a pair of gloves and THEN apply shadow to a client's eyelids. That's what it feels like. IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH LAZINESS.

I think that this would be a great product to take on trips. It wouldnt take much room in a suitcase, and you dont have to worry about bringing eyeshadow and applicators. You dont have to worry about loosing your favorite eyeshadow, and you don thave to worry about it breaking in your bag. Plus, if you check out the website, you can customize your own set and choose your own colors.

Avon already has nail polish that is "applied" via a sticker. This idea isn't so far-fetched. I should add that the polish "stickers" Avon sells works very well!

I would use these if they had like, a smokey eye "sticker" because every time I've tried blending that myself, I look like a crack hooker! I checked out the website, and they're all pretty easy to do yourself with your own eyeshadow if you just look at the picture when you do it. The only neat one was the last pack that was prints, and it had leopard print, zebra stripes, and camo pattern. That would be neat for a halloween or something not everyday. That would be too hard for me to re-do with shadow myself. Other than that...waste of money for $18!!

I don't think I'm lazy because I don't wear make up, I don't wear make up because I don't feel like, and when I do, I do wear it. I'm a bit offended by this article, I do like the product but not this article. this was not nice at all. especially this part:

I agree with Alice. People who have neurological problems, arthritis or other muscular issues (i.e., MS) can use these. They don't require as much in the way of holding small brushes and reduce the risk of the user accidentally poking themselves in the eye.
The author of this article really needs to THINK before committing her thoughts to any medium for the world to see.

Stacy, I know how you feel about the smokey eye look. I have tried too many times to remember to achieve this look and either end up looking like a Kiss/ alice cooper fan, a druggie, or someone who was in a bar fight. I think these are a great idea. If you're like me and love to play around with make-up and new looks all the time, they would be great. You could have many different looks without having to buy (not to mention store) all the different eye shadow compacts needed for that. It's not lazy, it's creative!

ok i already knew about those months ago...new my *** ! they were on that tv show where they have inventors come and show off their ideas...the lady got turned down...then i saw her on i think oprah maybe...same deal with the inventions, the lady got turned down again...so yea, they arent really new, the fact that you can buy them or whatever is the new thing

Meeee-yow. Why do you care whether the users are lazy or busy or have four arms or no arms, Ms. Sarah J. Gim? Is your life so small that you find yourself emotionally invested in peoples' reasons for using makeup? Try "being real" about your own issues before posting tripe like this. Thanks.
