Social responsibility all the way from Me to We

Me to We: [Responsible Style] is a new brand dedicated to making clothes in a socially responsible way. That means co-founder Oliver Madison along with advisors Craig and Marc Kielburger have put together a clothing line that is domestically produced, sweatshop-free and made using certified organic cotton. It doesn't end with production, though. Fifty percent of the profit goes to Free The Children, an charitable organization that supports development projects in rural and impoverished areas around the world. The line is like a limited collection of American Apparel products, with t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, and the like. The fact that Me to We's pieces are so basic make it that much easier to be a socially responsible consumer. Everyone needs t-shirts, right? With all those options out there, why not buy the one that has a positive impact on the world?
