Women chose clothes over sex

You may have suspected as much -- hell, you probably knew this already -- but a recent survey proves it: women prefer clothes to sex. On average, they'd be willing to give up sex for 15 months for an overhaul of their closet -- 2 percent would be willing to go without for 2 years in exchange for a new wardrobe. (Although, let's be fair, it's possible these women weren't having any sex in the first place.) 61 percent of the 1,000 women participants would rather abstain from sex for a month than lose their favorite article of clothing.
Clothing also stays with women longer -- with the average woman holding on to her favorite garment at least one year longer than any one relationship -- and is better for self-esteem.
So next time my fiance's mind wanders, I can be confident that -- chances are -- she's not thinking of some other guy, but rather a new top, or that old, reliable outfit that just won't go away.

I don't know if I could go two years for an overhaul on my coset, but I would sure go a couple of months without sex for new clothes. How unfortunate that the "after effects" of new clothes lasts so much longer than good sex...lol.

They "weren't having any sex in the first place"?? What a slap in the face to women. They most probably were, and guess what? The sex STUNK. I'd take a gorgeous wardrobe over sex any day. You'd know why if you saw what I have to put up with....

As for abstaining from sex for clothes, good, these women would probably be "dead in bed" anyway, and it furthers Nepolean's theory "all women are whores and their mothers rear them to be that way, except for my mother, although, she was a woman too".

I am a guy and would make the trade since I am single and don't have the sex option anyway. If it were optional, I would not only prefer sex but would give up my wardrobe for it.

Finally now I understand, my Brother gave Mom a $10,000 mink, later she complained that no one thinks about her. My wife had three designer coats, one of a kind, from my designer brother. Later she would complain she had no coat to wear. Now I see that they just were not feeling sexy the day they complained, signed, enlightened!

Oh please, no way would I give up having sex with my husband for any clothes. I feel sorry for all those who would even think about it. Maybe they need to try making love - it is so much better sex, or clothes!

There is nothing more fullfilling than making love to someone that you truly love,respect,have a emotional and spiritual bond with ,and that you desire. There is a beauty to that few women will let themselves open too. There is a truth in it that could NEVER be substitued with any MATERIAL "THING"!!!! I like clothes just as much as the next women but to make the assumption that we are all shallow is an insult to women. Many women do not feel captivating or sought after and then turn to something to try and feel that void!!!! IF there was any kind of sexual abuse in their past then they have a damaged view of sex and how God intended for it to be enjoyed.
