Here's one last video from my tour through Los Angeles Fashion Week. The 1980s were in full effect at the Collection Bebe show. Black and white dresses and feminine suits with details like peplum waists and puffed sleeves dominated the show. And oh hell, the visor is back. Considering that the fanny pack was also introduced as a fashion item this week, we may be in for one tacky spring.
